Elizabeth Minett and Olivia Palermo look stunning in two bright summer looks with pleated details. I'm crushing on Olivia's orange sleeveless blazer, which she wore over a pleated maxi skirt turned dress. Just wish she had switched the heels and bag for simple black options.
